Photo Retouching

My fiance and I flew from Denver, Colorado to Sydney for our engagement shoot. Our original photographer never contacted us up to the day of our shoot. We reached out to customer service who then placed us with Aarav who could fit us in the following day. Aarav was very diligent in getting all the information he needed from us for the style of photos we were trying to capture. On the day of the shoot, there was a rain storm, thunder and lightening! We decided to go with it as it was our last day in Sydney. Aarav was soaking wet but he still went as far as lying on the wet dirt to get the right angles! After the shoot, he offered us his umbrella, which we kindly declined. We couldn’t let him stand in the rain another second. We also offered him a tip as we felt horrible he endured the rain for us. He declined and said he couldn’t take it. Aarav is honest, kind and communicates well. Overall, we were more than pleased with him and would choose him again in the future.
